From September 8 to 25, the Landscape Festival – I Maestri del Paesaggio returns to Bergamo Alta for the 12th time with an abundance of workshops and events. The highlight of the show is the International Landscape and Garden Meeting, which will be held at the beautiful Teatro Sociale on September 23 and 24. This year again, there will be many outstanding speakers. Botanists, designers and artists whose work is closely connected to nature, including Kate Cullity, founding partner of Melbourne-based practice Taylor Cullity Lethlean.
The Green Square, that is to say the transformation of Piazza Vecchia into a garden open to the public, will be developed by students from the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences in Freising, near Munich, under the leadership of the green designer Cassian Schmidt.
